International Symposium on Computational Sensing (ISCS)
The call for papers for the first edition of the International Symposium on Computational Sensing (ISCS) is now available!
The 2023 ISCS will be held from 12-14 June, 2023 in the city of Luxembourg.

The International Symposium on Computational Sensing (ISCS) brings together researchers from optical microscopy, electron microscopy, RADAR, astronomical imaging, biomedical imaging, remote sensing, and signal processing. With a particular focus on applications and demonstrators, the purpose of this symposium is to be a forum where researchers in computational sensing working in seemingly unrelated applications can learn, discover, and exchange on their new findings and challenges. This 3-day symposium in the heart of Europe features 6 international keynote speakers:
- Laura Waller (UC Berkeley, USA),
- Nigel Browning (UoL, UK),
- Ulugbek Kamilov (WUSTL, USA),
- Fauzia Ahmad (TU, USA),
- Yves Wiaux (HWU, UK),
- and Ayush Bhandari (ICL, UK).
We invite researchers to submit a 2-page extended abstract by 15 March 2023 on their recent research results (possibly already published) for a platform or poster presentation or for a show-and-tell demo on these topics:
- Light Imaging,
- Electron Imaging,
- RADAR and Remote Sensing,
- Astronomical Imaging,
- Biomedical Imaging,
- Signal Processing for Computational Sensing,
- Deep Learning for Computational Sensing.
To encourage contribution from PhD students, we offer a special reduced rate of 200 Euros for students and 350 Euros for non-students. The registration includes lunches and coffee breaks during the 3 days, as well as a social event and a symposium dinner on the second day.
